How can I track my order?Updated a year ago

You can track your order using our self service tracker or by clicking the link provided in your “order shipped!” email.

You can also find your order information through your Account Page. If you do not have an account, Register for a VIP Account!

Please Note: If your order has not shipped, information will not be available. Information will be updated after it has shipped. 

If you have a domestic shipment that has not updated within the last 14 days, please call us immediately to help submit a claim with the shipping carriers and send a replacement order, expedited.
